He also walks the crew through the inspiring history and growth of Melesa's Wings, a charity initially dedicated to celebrating his mother's life to now also honoring others lost to cancer. With support from his brewery friends, this charity has not only been featured on the Today Show but has also raised over $70,000 for Memorial Sloan Kettering in the fight against cancer.
