As Rob embarked on his beer journey, he couldn't help but notice a recurring theme whenever he stepped into taprooms across the country: he often found himself being the only person of color present. Determined to make a difference and be a catalyst for change, Rob knew he had to act.

In 2018, fueled by his desire to promote inclusivity and diversity within the craft beer community, Rob gathered his family and friends for lively beer-fueled conversations.
